The pants are made of a ripstop performance polyester that is lightweight (4.7 oz) and strong. The pants fabric also has a DWE finish making these water-resistant and a good pair of concealed carry pants.
These bad boys have a gusseted crotch for added protection. The Fast-Tac cargo pants also have a self-adjusting tunnel waistband with reinforced belt loops to assist you in carrying your weapon and its accessories when you need them.
We love the Cargo pockets with side bellows for extra capacity. Overall, they are a great pair of pants but have some downsides.
They are lightweight and, therefore, thin, and wearing them in the cold is not fun. The front pockets are nylon reinforced, or in other words, they are mesh pockets. While mesh pockets are breathable, there are better options for carrying small objects like keys.

Another issue we had with the Men’s Urban Ops Tactical Cargo Pants with the fit of these pants is that the crotch area can be uncomfortably tight.
